Upper Body Endurance Training
This module targets the development of endurance and strength in the upper body muscles, including the chest, back, shoulders, and arms. Participants engage in a series of high-repetition exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, and shoulder presses to challenge muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Lower Body Endurance Training
