I first discovered my love for sports in my late teenage years when I joined my school cheerleading club. From then and throughout college I was active in table tennis, tennis, volleyball, muay thai, triathlon and of course, strength training. This led me to pursue what I do today, helping people find their love for exercise and helping them achieve their goals.

Seeing my clients overcome obstacles, gain confidence, and achieve their goals drives me as a coach and motivates me to do even better for my clients.

For my clients I would always recommend strength training. Building your strength in the gym translates into so much benefit in the real world that it would be unwise to ignore it. With over 100 clients that I've worked with, I've helped so many people get back to doing things they just could not do anymore, climbing stairs, running around with their kids, even just simple things like being able to walk without any pain.

My degree and the various courses I've taken over the years have also given me the tools to do all this without any risk of a client getting injured. I'm happy to be a part of Greytt Moves because they align with my goal of empowering individuals over 50 to stay active and healthy. Greytt Moves is all about providing fit-for-50+ fitness solutions that are both effective and enjoyable. I used to be an overweight kid, which took a toll on my confidence. At the age of 15, I began working out, losing weight, and building muscle. This transformation brought a newfound level of confidence! My love for fitness grew from there, and I decided to make it my career.

I now help others achieve their fitness goals and guide new trainers to do the same. This passion led to the creation of Fitness Achievers, a company specializing in delivering fitness training to clients at their residences.

Besides fitness, I also enjoy riding motorcycles. Handling big bikes requires physical strength and fitness, which makes staying in shape even more important.

I graduated with a degree in Sports & Exercise Science and began my personal training career at 19. It’s been 11 years now, and I'm still going strong! I firmly believe that fitness, especially strength training, is vital for everyone, particularly those over 50.
